  • Identify and support selection of most suitable venues and hotels and negotiate contract terms 

  • Create registration site to collect attendee travel information and share relevant meeting and event information

  • Make travel arrangements including booking air and train travel, and scheduling car and shuttle services for local transportation

  • Select menus and schedule meals at meeting venues and local restaurants

  • Research and arrange off-site activities, such as visits to sites of significant cultural importance or shared group experiences

  • Select local vendors representative of the community

  • Provide onsite support for attendee check-in/registration, liaising with venue staff, and managing vendor engagement
