We are a Black woman-owned and queer-owned strategic consulting firm grounded in racial justice and social justice specializing in grant initiative design, grantmaking process development, and integration of equitable, trust-based grantmaking models for foundations, philanthropic intermediaries, and corporate philanthropy.
