i2i Advisors, a community-rooted strategy firm
Turning great intent into meaningful impact
Our Approach
We are a boutique consulting firm experienced in community-based programming, transformative grantmaking, and strategic capacity strengthening. We approach our work with genuine curiosity about how best to bring our skills to bear supporting clients’ efforts to streamline processes, create greater equity, and integrate community voices. We customize each client experience by matching their needs and resources with our expertise, ensuring alignment with our shared values.
Our Story
Principal consultants Melanie Powers and Liam Cabal have worked closely since their time at a national philanthropic intermediary. What began as a collegial relationship blossomed into a camaraderie and friendship that eventually led to the creation of i2i Advisors. The closeness we have built together translates to a team dynamic that provides balance of expertise and enriches each client experience.
intent 2 impact
From our experience working with and at different funding and community-based organizations, we understand firsthand how easily process and systems can unintentionally disrupt an organization’s efforts and prevent grant initiatives and community programs from having their desired impact.
At i2i Advisors, we work in close partnership with clients using best practices and innovation to drive strategies that lead to meaningful community impact.
